Where we buy houses
We focus on four counties along Interstate 30, from Dallas east to Sulphur Springs. Each city below is also its county seat, where local foreclosure sales and tax records are handled.
Dallas, TX
Dallas County
Dallas is the biggest and busiest market we serve. Prices have climbed a lot in the last 10 years, and so have property taxes and insurance. That squeeze leaves many long-time owners with plenty of equity on paper but a monthly bill they can no longer carry.
Also serving Garland, Mesquite, Rowlett, Sachse, Balch Springs, Seagoville.
Rockwall, TX
Rockwall County
Rockwall County is the smallest county in Texas by land area, and one of the fastest growing. Many homes here were bought in the last few years at higher prices and higher interest rates. When life changes, some owners find they cannot sell for enough to pay an agent and still pay off the loan.
Also serving Heath, Fate, Royse City, McLendon-Chisholm, Rowlett.
Greenville, TX
Hunt County
Greenville is the seat of Hunt County and sits right where the Dallas suburbs meet rural Northeast Texas. We see a mix here: older homes in town, rural houses on a few acres, and land that has been in a family for decades.
Also serving Commerce, Caddo Mills, Quinlan, Lone Oak, Celeste, Wolfe City.
Sulphur Springs, TX
Hopkins County
Sulphur Springs is the seat of Hopkins County, about 80 miles east of Dallas on I-30. Fewer buyers shop here than in the metro, so a house that needs work can sit on the market for months. We give owners here the same options we give owners in Dallas.
Also serving Cumby, Como, Saltillo, Pickton, Brashear.
